About Diagnordle
Diagnordle is a daily medical diagnosis puzzle. Each day at midnight UTC, a new educational case is published. Search a curated dictionary, submit a diagnosis, and unlock additional findings when you miss. Scoring rewards fewer clues and faster solves.
Who it is for
Students, clinicians, and anyone who likes a short clinical puzzle. Medical training helps, but it is not required. Diagnordle is practice and entertainment, not a course, exam, or clinical tool.
How scoring works
Fewer clues and faster solves score higher. A streak multiplier applies on the live daily case. Specialty is hidden until you finish so the case is not given away. Shared results show attempt marks and clue types only — never the answer or specialty.
Archive
Cases from the last 30 days are free without an account; older cases require sign-in. Archive play does not award time bonuses, streak multipliers, or daily leaderboard placement.
Independence
Diagnordle is an independent educational project. It is not a medical device and is not affiliated with Doctordle or other diagnosis games. Cases may be written originally or adapted from published teaching material.
