Diagnordle stores an anonymous play cookie so your current case can continue on this device. If you sign in, we store a nickname, streaks, and scores. We do not publish your email on public profiles.

We do not currently show ads. We do not sell diagnostic answers or identifiable health information. Cases are educational constructions, not patient records.

Signed-in play is used to keep streaks, scores, and leaderboards. Aggregated guess data and missing-term reports help improve the diagnosis dictionary. Missing terms are not shown publicly.
