How to play Diagnordle
Diagnordle is a daily medical diagnosis puzzle. A new educational case is published every day at midnight UTC. The goal is to name the diagnosis in as few attempts and clues as possible.
1. Read the case
Start with the presenting complaint. Build a differential before you guess.
2. Search and submit a diagnosis
Type into the dictionary and submit. You have 5 attempts on the daily case.
3. Misses unlock clues
An incorrect guess (or a manual reveal) unlocks the next finding and reduces your score. Fewer clues and faster solves score higher.
Scoring
You start from a base score. Each unlocked clue costs points. A time bonus rewards faster solves. A streak multiplier applies on the live daily case only. Archive play has no time bonus, streak multiplier, or daily leaderboard placement.
Come back tomorrow
There is one live case per day. Past cases live in the archive. The last 30 days are free without an account.
